Hate? I think not

To say the things I dont mean
To mask the things that are within
And when push comes to shove
to hate in place of love

My vulnerability was your feat
Then I thought revenge is sweet
And instead of glory I shed a tear
To know that it's me you fear

You never told me how and why
Nor a sorry or goodbye
To fail the ultimate test
Confusion shall never rest

I tell you that it hurts a lot
To try to feel what I do not
